Before Exam Time -

1. Use K.U.Mistry (Foundation of Industrial Safety and Health) Text book as a Reference Study Material instead of any others.

2. First, go through the ADIS Syllabus and Notes Separately, All the chapter with subject code

3. If you have basic idea's about Syllabus then make a important Exam Notes accordingly.

4. Second, Refer ADIS Exam paper-Style and Types of Question should be asked in Previous exam. (Get Idea Different types of Question with mark given and Section wise summaries it.)

5. Download Blueprint/Subject wise Topic from MSBTE Official Website-----https://msbte.org.in/.

6. Download and print previous exam question paper from MSBTE Official Website----https://msbte.org.in/.

7. Make a list of that question’s which was asked again and again (Repeated)

8. Quick revision notes from repeated questions which is help you to build skill to writing in exam.

9. Third, Now you have basic understanding of ADIS syllabus/Blueprint and you have enough study material then prepared yourself for reading at least one-two times before exam.

10. Practice for Writing: - Writing is very important in any exam. If your writing speed is very good then okay you can try all previous question paper which was downloading from MSBTE website and write without help of textbook. This step dam sure builds your confidence.

11. Speed Booster through Writing: - If your writing speed is very slow like me then you have to lose your marks in exam, ideally my suggestion is write sufficient to develop your writing speed to complete your paper in 3 Hours. (Do regularly mock round before exam)

12. Must Read Factory Act 1948 and Factory Rules 1968 and notes all Section of FA 1949 &  FR 1968.

14. All working professional having enough knowledge to pass ADIS exam but they overcome from those conflict which is they ignore.

During Exam Time -

1. Time Management: - Reach at exam centre at Sharpe time not too late or not too earlier.

2. Ensure that exam hall-ticket and other necessary documents such as Aadhar card, College I-card and pen-pensile...,

3. Your Seating arrangement might be changed in every paper so you have to search it with the help of your seating no. which will display in Notice board. Also checking your seating arrangement with your seat no in Bench and your answer sheet.

4. keep Passions, You have enough time in fact all candidate have same time and same question paper so don't worry / don't panic during exam.

5. Do meditation (Normal like Breath in Breath out) at least 5 minutes before start writing answer in answer sheet; it will make you very comfort and relax.

6.Now Examiner will give you Question paper , Read carefully and write accordingly (Ideally if you don't know any answer of given question then round that Question on the Question paper and move on next. You can write any of section first, that's your choice in given paper but accuracy will be managed by you. No mistake should be allowed in Q/A number and Seating no. in your answer sheet.

7. First, You have to decide on earlier that write all answer to given question (100 % Complete your paper)

8. Give some reference of your answer /Start your answer with some reference such as "As Per WHO (World Health Organization) Health is ........and As per Factory Act 1948 .........."

9. Drink sufficient water before enter in your exam hall , also don't forget to carry one liter water bottle with you because ADIS exam mostly held in summer (May-June).

10. Never try to cheat and copy answer from somewhere/someone, it may be lost your writing time and if found by examiner he can terminate from the further exam also.

11. Student has enough knowledge but they can't write in exam due to over think during exam, so don't over think and just writing what you really know that.

12. If you any questions ask immediately with your examiner only not to anyone present in that exam hall.

The Conclusion over the ADIS exam is based on your adaptation, knowledge, ability to write, skills and practice that you had learn from your experience. In this blog I am going to illustration so many Tricks & Tips to passing ADIS exam very easily.(1) Use Standard Quality Study Material (2) Improve your writing speed (3) Prepared Important Notes (4) Reading Factory Act and other regulation, Law.
